Do you require a deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit. If you rent a unit part of the way through a month we will prorate the rent for that month and then the next month and every month from then on you will be billed on the 1st of the month.

Do you require insurance?

No, we do not require you to have insurance. You do store your belongings at your own risk, our insurance only covers the building itself and NOT your belongings inside of the building. 

We do offer tenant protection, please see the tenant protection page for details on that. 

Is the facility gated?

No, our facility is not gated at the front. We do have lights and security cameras. 

What kind of lock should I get?

We recommend disc locks.

How long do I have to pay my bill?

You have from the 1st through the 14th to pay your regular rent, on the 15th of the month a late fee gets added. The late fee is 15% of your monthly rent. If you sign up for autopay you can choose any day of the month (even if it’s after the 15th) and the late fee will be waived as long as your payment goes through.
